What does Laser skin lift treatment comprise of?

This treatment comprises of following treatments:

1. Laser toning: This treatment is performed by one of its kind, ALMA Q laser machine. It is a Q-switch NDYAG laser, which specializes in treatment of all types of pigmentation, be it slightest suntan or deep venous pigmentation. This equipment is highly versatile and perfectly suitable for Indian skin. The laser beam penetrates deep into the skin, breaks up melanin (the pigment which provides skin its colour) and stimulates collagen and elastin production. Following are the benefits of Laser toning:

• Removes Suntan and dullness.
• Lightens Freckles and Melasma.
• Treats dark spots, like those from acne, age spots.
• Beneficial for Post inflammatory pigmentation (PIH).
• Improves uneven tone.
• Gives youthful glow to the skin.

During the procedure, your skin will be cleansed first, then you will be asked to wear a protective cover on eye. The laser light will be delivered on your skin. Carefully every inch of your skin will be covered. You will feel a slight tingling sensation during the procedure. The procedure takes 30-40 minutes.Post procedure, a calming serum and sunscreen will be applied on your skin. You may see some redness and swelling on your face which will subside completely in 24 hours. You can resume your daily activities after the session.

1. Pixel Co2 Rejuvenation: This treatment is performed by internationally acclaimed PIXEL CO2 LASER BY ALMA. This laser works by creating targeted injuries on skin which leads to collagen remodulation and skin rejuvenation. Following effects are achieved by Pixel Co2 rejuvenation session:

• It improves the texture of the skin and makes it smooth and even.
• It reduces the appearance of scars and marks.
• It refines the pore size and make them less visible.
• It tightens and lifts the skin giving it a youthful look.
• It makes the skin soft and supple.

Pre-procedure, an anaesthetic cream will be applied on your skin to make the procedure comfortable for you. This cream will sit on your skin for 30-45 minutes. During the procedure, your skin will be cleansed first, then you will be asked to wear a protective cover on eye. The Pixel Co2 handpiece will be placed on your skin, to cause targeted skin injury, slowly covering entire face in little sections. You will feel pins and needles sensation during the session. The session lasts for 30-40 minutes. Post procedure, a moisturizing calming serum and sunscreen will be applied on your skin. Post procedure, you will see redness and swelling on the treated area. This will subside in 2-3 days, and then a scab will be formed, which will shed off in 7-10 days.

How long does it take for the entire treatment regime to get completed?

The entire regime will take 45 days to complete. The treatment plan for Laser Skin lift treatment is as follows:
First session: Your session will comprise of:

• Detail consultation with Best dermatologist of Jaipur, Sunil Kothiwala.
• Your skin will be analysed and medical treatment for your skin condition will be prescribed.
• You will then be given session of Laser toning.
• You must wear sunscreen prescribed by your doctor meticulously every day, starting from this day.

Second session: This session will be conducted 2 weeks post the first session. You will have Pixel Co2 Rejuvenation in this visit.

Third session: This session will be conducted 2 weeks post the second session. You will have Laser toning in this visit.

What precautions do I have to take during and after the sessions?

Following must be followed:

• Laser-treated areas should be protected from the sun. Regular use of sunscreen as prescribed by your doctor is a must.
• The scab should not be scratched and pulled off.
• It is important to come regularly for the visits as planned.
• The medical therapy and skin care regime prescribed must be followed completely.
